Principal Consultant

Eleanor is a Registered Architect and former design strategy lead at a listed Australian developer, where she delivered multi-billion dollar residential and mixed-use projects. She now helps teams move faster by uniting feasibility, design and planning in one digital workspace. Drawing on deep modelling expertise, she enables clearer site evaluation, faster alignment, and better decisions, bridging the gap between concept, data and commercial reality.

James Walsh

Managing Director, APAC

James is a former Lendlease development executive turned digital transformation leader. He spent 17 years delivering major urban regeneration projects, including the £2B Elephant Park in London, before joining Giraffe to help developers integrate design, mapping and financial modelling into one workflow. He specialises in feasibility, AI-enabled decision-making and capability uplift, helping teams cut feasibility timelines from weeks to hours.
